My Messages
- Diners can send feedback directly to you and

Surveys - You can create surveys with
survey codes . For instance you can create a survey with a
survey code to survey 100 diners that ate lunch on a Tuesday
afternoon. All you have to do is give the codes to only
those diners that came in to eat at that time .
Profile Pages - When you sign up and add
your restaurant a profile page is created for the restaurant
. Diners can see your hours of operation, menus, news
special offers etc.

Newsletters - Diners can subscribe to your
newsletters by clicking a button on your profile page . You
can create newsletters and send them to diners . These
newsletters sit in the diners console on dinersfeedback and
then sends an email alert to the diners. The diners
can now view all there newsletters in one place anytime they
want .
My Reviews
- You can get reviews from your diners . Unlike feedback
these reviews are posted on your profile page for other
diners to see. You have the option of turn this feature On
or Off . You can have them post immediately or you can also
moderate the reviews by allowing them to only post after you
have seen them . This will prevent fake reviews and spam .
You also have an opportunity to connect with a reviewer.

Offers - You can post special offers on your
profile page and when diners add you as a favorite they
immediately get an alert when you post a special offer .

- You can post news or information about your

Reservations - This is a
basic reservation system which you have the option of
turning on or off . Diners can make reservations from your
profile page and you and your employees will get email
alerts and text messages . You can log into the site and
confirm or deny a reservation .
Restaurateurs that want to send feedback to
other restaurants they have visited have to create a diner
account . You can use the same email that you used to signup
as a restaurateur . You need a separate diner account
because the diner login is separate .
